Terms of Service

These Terms aim to set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users in connection with the use of the website (the “Site”) operated by Nanugi World Inc. (the “Company”).

• “Site” means the website operated by the Company to provide culture-and-arts activities and information.
• “User” means any visitor who accesses the Site and uses its information under these Terms.
• “Content” means all materials posted on the Site, including text, photos, images, logos and videos.

The Company posts these Terms on the Site. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope not violating applicable laws, and upon amendment, will announce the effective date and details of the amendment through the Site.

The Company provides information such as culture-and-arts activities, programs and news through the Site. The Company may change or suspend all or part of the services provided as needed for operational or technical reasons.

The copyright and intellectual property rights to all content posted on the Site belong to the Company or the rightful holders. These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the jurisdiction over any lawsuit regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms take effect on June 26, 2026.
