We discover disabled artists, employ them full-time and develop them into professional performers. Over four years we've nurtured 21+ artists, leading to oboist Se-ho Yun's Carnegie Hall debut.

We go directly to places the stage never reached and bring music. Through outreach classes and 'Music Flight,' we performed 450+ times in 2024 alone.

Through K-arts education ODA with 10 countries, we help close the education gap — founding a youth orchestra in the Dominican Republic, having Busan's online school adopted into Kazakhstan's curriculum, and more.
